Possibly.
It’s a beautiful weekend so you’ll get no lengthy posts from me over the next few days. Hurrah for all of us! But I just wanted to draw your attention to this post that I came across here. She pretty much sums up all my ranting about how counterproductive “diet” food is. I am still pretty sure that the key to healthy living and hence losing weight is to eat as much freshly prepared food from fresh non-processed ingredients as possible, without worrying too much about whether what you’re eating is “diet” or not.
Now everyone get out there and enjoy the sunshine, STAT. (Stat? Yes, stat.)
I agree. STAT? Darling, what are you on about?

Keep trying to leave comments. EIE. PSD. Nothing works. Think I’ll eat worms. Not sure if they’re diet food. This won’t work either. Boo.

Hmphhh. Well I don’t expect this comment will be published. None of my others are. Hmphh. Think I’ll go and eat worms. Not sure if they’re diet food. This one won’t work either. Hmphhh.

Oh. Righteo then. That one worked. These new-fangled interwebs….
I just caramelised some pears and banana. I believe that’s in all the diet books. All the good ones anyway.

Yes. I have lost weight most effectively by simply eating less junk. Not eating less, just eating less junk. I replace the junk with healthy food, and my golden rule is: If you are hungry, then EAT SOMETHING, YOU IDIOT. Just don’t eat junk. Simple really.

“I have lost weight”
In the past, that is. At the moment I’m too busy being pregnant and eating junk. Bother.
